I felt comfortable letting my kids run around at DEFY because the staff really did seem to be paying attention. They weren’t just standing around doing nothing, I noticed them watching the different areas, reminding kids about the rules when they needed to, and stepping in a couple times when some of the jumping got a little too wild. It wasn’t anything over-the-top or fancy, but that’s kind of what I appreciated. With a place like this, I just want to know someone is keeping an eye on things so the kids can have fun without it turning into chaos. Overall, the supervision was solid and it made the visit a lot less stressful for me

Pulled in, expected it to be a hassle. But nope. Tons of parking. Found a spot right away, walked in, and we were inside super quick. Easy start to the whole thing.

I took my kids to defy last weekend, and we had a really good time overall. The trampolines felt sturdy, and I liked that the main jump areas seemed well maintained and safe. The kids especially loved the open trampoline section and the foam pit area, and it was nice seeing staff walking around and keeping an eye on things. A few of the pads looked a little worn, and one spot could’ve used a better cleaning, but nothing felt unsafe or badly managed. I’m giving it 4 stars because it was a fun visit and most of the equipment was in good shape. Not perfect, but we’d definitely go back

We were really happy with defy’s hours. We were able to go after work and didn’t feel rushed at all (which is rare for us). It’s so nice having a place that’s open when our schedule is all over the place. Easy 5 stars from me

We took the kids to defy and had a really good time. There was tons of space for them to jump, run around, and burn off energy, and my youngest seriously did not want to leave. The staff seemed to keep things moving and the place felt like a great spot for families, especially if you’re looking for something active and fun to do together. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because it did get a little crowded and check-in took longer than expected. Even with that, it was still a fun day out and I’d feel good recommending it to other families...

The place was absolutly packed when we went, and we spent a lot of the time just waiting around. The kids still had some fun, so it wasnt a total loss, but for what we paid it felt a bit too busy and not really worth it.

I canceled my subscription and had a bad feeling it wasn’t going to be the end of it. Sure enough, I was charged anyway. Maybe it was some system issue, but from my side it just feels frustrating and a little shady. I wouldn’t feel comfortable signing up again unless they make the cancellation process much clearer...

The wait was quick!!! I was expecting it to take longer, but it moved along fast and was way easier than I thought!!!

I wasn’t expecting much, honestly, sometimes support can be a whole thing, but they got back to me fast and helped me sort it out quickly. I was already mentally preparing to troubleshoot for ages, then suddenly it was handled. So yeah, smooth experience.

The kids still had a great time, so that was a win. But the pizza was cold, and the drinks tasted flat. I mean, is it too much to ask for warm pizza and a decent soda? The snack bar could definitely use some better options or at least a little more attention.

I went to defy last weekend, i was impressed with how well they kept the place up. I can be a little picky about cleanliness, especially when I’m out with family, but the floors looked clean, the bathrooms were decent, and the staff was quick about picking things up. Maybe I just notice that stuff more than other people, but it was nice to see the place being maintained so well

Maybe it was just me, but the waiver before going felt way more confusing than it needed to be. I had to try a few times, and the website didn’t really make things clear. The staff was fine once we got there, but dealing with the waiver kind of put me off before we even arrived.

The kids had a really good time once we got in, so that was definitely a plus. Check-in was a bit slow though, and we were kind of just standing around waiting longer than expected... but overall, they had fun...

I had a good time at defy. The music was better than I expected, and it was loud enough to keep the energy up without feeling like my ears were getting blasted after 10 minutes.

The whole place had a relaxed, fun feel to it. There were probably a few dozen people around when I went, with lots of people laughing, hanging out, and just doing their own thing. It didn’t feel awkward or packed in at all.

I’d go back again for sure, mostly because it was easy to enjoy without overthinking it. The vibe was solid, and the music made the whole experience about 2 times more fun than I expected

We went over the weekend, and for the first 20 or 30 minutes the kids were having a good time. After that, though, everything started to feel kind of the same. Most of the attractions were just different versions of jumping around, and by about an hour in they were already asking what else there was to do. For the price, I expected a bit more variety to keep them busy longer.

I had to cancel my booking at the last minute, and I was expecting a whole headache... but nope. I reached out to support, and they handled the refund really quickly. No annoying back-and-forth, no weird excuses, just sorted it out. The money was back in my account within a few days. Really appreciated how simple they made everything!

We tried it with the kids and it was okay overall. A few of the areas seemed like they were set up well for certain ages, but then some of that other stuff felt a little mixed together. Not a huge issue, just something I noticed.

My kids had a great time jumping around, so no complaints there. But wow, whoever thought those hard chairs were a good idea must be some kind of comfort-hating genius. There weren’t nearly enough places to sit, and I ended up standing around like a chump for half the visit. For what it costs, they really need a better setup for parents who are just stuck there waiting

Umm, the staff was really nice and helpful the whole time. They made everything easy for us, and we never felt rushed or anything. I’d definitely go back.

Had to buy their grip socks again even though the ones I brought were perfectly fine. The sock police apparently didn’t approve, so I ended up paying for another pair I didn’t need.
